Feel free to modify the layout of the application to your own personal colours or design, but please include all of the necessary content. Thank you.

Picture: This can be a drawing or a photograph. It is not required, and having a picture doesn't exempt you from filling out the appearance section.

Name: Your character's first and last name.

Age and Year: Year applies to students only.

Birthday: The day and year on which your character was born.

Gender: Your character's gender. Of course.

House and/or Occupation: House applies to students only.

Residence: Where your character lives. If they are a student, where they live when they are not at Hogwarts.

Pet: Does your character have a cat, an owl, a rat, a toad, or perhaps something a little more exotic? Pets like phoenixes and dragons will not be accepted- if you want something like that, you'll have to procure it yourself...then keep it well-hidden.

Appearance: Height, hair and eye color, clothing style, and so on. At least one paragraph.

Personality: Faults, fears, strengths, dreams, and so on. At least two paragraphs.

History: Where they were born, attended school, what they do now and any other important events. At least two paragraphs.
