Both your applications have been accepted, but until you have players for roommates/parents, the rent will all come from your incomes.
Also I realized I set the rent a little too low so it's been adjusted but the two of you are exempt and still only have to pay 10/month for the 2 bedroom. Just so you don't think I changed the price on you.
